Beautiful, very pretty shoes.

Stylish shoe but very uncomfortable.

I really like the shoes, but they are a bit narrow in the toe box with the pointy toe. I returned them the same day they arrived, which was last Friday. I followed the company’s recommendation and requested a return instead of an exchange so I can reorder in a larger size. They confirmed receipt of return on Monday and I’m still waiting for them to issue a store credit. The shoe is no longer on sale for the same discount so, they will also cost more at this point. I emailed customer support to ask if store credit takes as long to process as a refund given that no money is being returned and have received no response. This hasn’t been a good first experience.

These shoes are absolutely beautiful! You just have to make sure that you size up.
