I received the nude heels rather than the brown ones I ordered. Which I was pretty upset about. However, I reached out by email and the customer service team was quickly resolving my issue. Not only did they send me a replacement pair of the shoe I did order quickly and at no cost, but I get to keep the pair I received in error! Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service. I’m very pleased, and their response turned a “probably never buy again” attitude into “I’m DEFINITELY ordering here again.” I know a few shops that could stand to take lessons! Thank you Cape Robbin. I will be back for sure.
